1. Membership Term
All memberships are a 12-month agreement. Memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis during the term of the agreement.

2. Membership Fees
Promotional Period: For the first two (2) months, Membership is billed at $9.99 per month. Standard Rate: For the remaining ten (10) months, Membership is billed at the regular monthly price
(as listed at the time of enrollment). Price Changes: The regular monthly price for the remaining ten (10) months may be changed at any
time at the discretion of Laurel Canyon Car Wash. Members will receive at least 30 days’ notice prior to
the new rate taking effect. All charges are automatically billed to the payment method provided at enrollment.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Membership within the first 30 days of enrollment if you are not satisfied with the
service. A 30-day notice is required. After the initial 30-day period, Membership may only be canceled in accordance with the 12-month
agreement. Early cancellations outside of the initial 30-day grace period may result in billing for the remaining term
of the agreement.

4. Renewal
At the end of the 12-month agreement, your Membership will automatically renew on a
month-to-month basis at the then-current standard rate, unless you provide written notice of
Cancellation at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

5. General Conditions
Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered vehicle(s). Laurel Canyon Car Wash reserves the right to modify Membership pricing, services, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the change. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of Membership.

6. Liability
Laurel Canyon Car Wash is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, aftermarket
accessories, non-factory modifications, or negligence. Members are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable for automatic wash services.
